Year 2000 Readiness Database

Background: To help communicate with other Channel stakeholders the names of printing and imaging products and services that have been documented as Year 2000 compliant, NAGASA will list these products and services in the Members-only section of its web page. The goal of this listing is to include:

• The company offering the product or service
  
• The name, brand, or other designation used for the product or service
  
• An indication of whether this product or service is currently Year 200 compliant or the date by which the manufacturer/supplier expects it to be compliant
  
• Manufacturer/supplier contact information for that product or service.
  

Path Forward: NAGASA will survey members and ask members to survey their suppliers and manufacturers to collect this information. NAGASA will retain a hard-copy document of all responses. NAGASA will not be able to audit or verify its accuracy of completeness.

Next Steps: As your company learns of products and services that are Year 2000 compliant, please send to NAGASA the following Year 2000 Compliance Database form plus a copy of the information your received from the manufacturer or supplier. NAGASA will use the form to update the web site database and retain the form in a notebook for reference. This form will also be available for download from the web site. Copy it as needed!
