Systems at Dealers and Resellers With the information which follows, NAGASA inaugurates a new service to members. Called the FlashStudy series, reports such as these focus on issues of topical interest to all members. The basis of the NAGASA FlashStudy is that a short questionnaire is faxed to members, who immediately respond by fax. Then the data is compiled and a report delivered quickly to the membership. This first FlashStudy report deals with computer usage at North American graphic arts dealers because many members are considering updating their computer systems. Also, because of the difficulty of dealing with year 2000 information, some dealers must decide whether to revise an old system or install a new one. Further FlashStudy reports are planned. Suggestions for appropriate topics are welcomed. Simply call NAGASA
headquarters with your suggestions.
