Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests must be received by NAGASA in writing. A full refund is available for cancellations received prior to close of business on March 31, 2000. To cover direct costs incurred by NAGASA, a fee of up to 50% will deducted from all cancellation requests received after March 31st. Substitutes are welcome.

Hotel Reservations: NAGASA has reserved a block of rooms at the Hilton Palacio del Rio, 200 South Alamo, San Antonio, Texas 78205. NAGASA’s special room rates are $170 single/double occupancy, plus applicable taxes. Registrants are responsible for making hotel arrangements. Be sure to mention you are attending the NAGASA/Forum 2000 meeting. To make reservations call 1-800-HILTONS or 210-222-1400. The cut-off date for rooms is March 3, 2000. After this date rooms are available on a space/rate available basis. Hotel accommodations are not included in registration fees. Each registrant pays the hotel directly on checkout.

Ground Transportation: The approximate cab fare is $15.00 one-way. It is a 25 minute ride from the airport. SA Trans runs an airport/hotel shuttle that stops at all downtown hotels. The cost is $8.00/$16.00 one-way/round trip travel. NAGASA has also arranged for discounted car rentals through AVIS. Call 800-331-1600 and reference Avis Worldwide Discount Number J789501 to receive daily rates as low as $31.00 for a subcompact and $41.99 for a full size four-door.
