For Events Held at GATF

  • The Pittsburgh Green Tree Marriott offers a special rate of $77.00 plus taxes per night to all GATF/NAGASA Institute attendees. Transportation to GATF at scheduled times will be included. Call the Marriott at 1-800-525-5902 or
    412-922-8400 for more information, specifying that you are attending a
    workshop at GATF. Arranging and paying for hotel accommodations is responsibility of each attendee. Lodging information is subject to change.

For Events Held at the Graphic Arts Institute

  • The Graphic Arts Institute (GAI) is located at 665 Third Street/Suite 50, in San Francisco, California. The program is taught by GATF instructors, who will be assisted by GAI personnel. Information about nearby hotel accommodations is supplied to registrants in confirmation materials and is also available on request. Call 412/741-6860 x 114 or 800/910-GATF for details.

Meals

  • Lunches are included in registration fees only for events held at GATF’s Sewickley location. Other meals are the registrant’s responsibility.

Program Start/End Times

  • Events held at GATF begin Monday at 8:30 am, end each day at 4:45 pm, and conclude on Friday at 11:30 am. Events held at the Graphic Arts Institute begin Monday at 9:00 am, conclude each day at 4:30 pm, and end Friday at 12:00 noon.

Program Policy

  • GATF will refund your full program fee if you cancel ten working days before
    the workshop begins. There will be a 30% cancellation charge if you cancel less than ten working days before the workshop date. There will be no refund if you fail to attend. You may substitute registrants. Each session requires a minimum of eight participants, with a planned maximum of 20 attendees. If a program is cancelled refunds will be paid in full. Workshop dates are subject to change. In the event of a cancellation, GATF is not responsible for non-refundable airfares. Photographing, recording, or audiotaping GATF training programs is prohibited.

  • GATF guarantees the quality of the NAGASA Institute! If you are not
    satisfied, GATF will offer you a program of equal value or will refund your money, whichever you prefer. GATF will do everything possible to make sure attendee training needs are met.
