Teaneck Graphic Corporation Acquired by OLEC Corporation
OLEC Corporation, a California manufacturer of exposure
system, has acquired Teaneck Graphic Corporation of New Jersey. OLEC President
Albert Ohlig explained, "This addition to OLEC will complete our line
of exposure systems from small tabletop to high production units. It enhances
our competitive position in the growing international market." Joe
Hliboki, former president of Teaneck Graphics will continue to manage the
company as a division of OLEC.
