The DuPont proofing business and the Cyrel flexographic
plates businesses have been integrated into a core DuPont division - the
Photopolymer and Electronic Materials business unit. Benefits will include
enhanced investment and development resources, and the new focused structure
will enable fast development of new products and channels. DuPont says
that strategic alliances such as thjose made recently with Barco (for Cyrel
digital imaging) and Gerber (for digital Dylux) will provide an enhanced
portfolio and great choice.
