Multigraphics, Inc. Acquires Hanley Graphic Products Company
Multigraphics (ASE:MTI) today announced the acquisition
of the assets and business of Hanley Graphic Products Company, an independent
graphic arts dealer headquartered in Itasca, Illinois with annual revenues
of over $18 million. Hanley Graphic Products Company is a regional dealer
of graphic arts equipment and supplies, with over seventy years of experience
service customers in Northern Illinois. The purchase is the first step in
Multigraphics, Inc.'s execution of its strategy of growth through selected
acquisition of regional graphic arts dealers.
