State Street Consultants Announces Results of Annual Imagesetter and
Color Scanner Buyer Satisfaction Study
State Street Consultants, Inc. announces the results of its annual imagesetter
and color scanner Buyer Satisfaction Study. More than 1800 recent buyers
of 58 models of imagesetters and color scanners were asked to rate their
models according to 15 specific criteria. Criteria includes product attributes
like ease of use, featurers and functions, and speed and productivity,
as well as non-product attributes, such as technical support, training,
and value for money. Published in two parts, Imagesetters and Color Scanners,
each is $9,995. Bought together, the price is $17,995.
