Imation Corp. Announces 'Imation Publishing Software Corp.'
Imation Corp. (NYSE:IMN) today announced that it has changed
the name of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Luminous Technology Corporation,
to 'Imation Publishing Software Corp.' Luminous Technology Corp., a developer
of software products, services and technologies for the prepress, print
production, and graphic arts industries, was acquired by Imation in October,
