Presstek and Battelle Sign Letter of Intent
HUDSON, NEW HAMPSHIRE -- Presstek, Inc. (NASDAQ:PRST) and Battelle today announced that they have signed a letter of intent to form a strategic business relationship for the development and marketing of polymer multi-layer (PML) and liquid multi-layer (LML) technologies, equipment, services, and products. While subject to final negotiations and approvals, the letter of intent contemplates the formation of a strategic business alliance combining some of the resources and personnel of Battelle; Presstek; and Delta V Technologies, Presstekís Arizona based vacuum coating subsidiary, for research, product development, and commercialization of technological products in a number of industries including consumer electronics, specialty chemicals, and construction.
