A.B. Dick Acquires Holland Operation
CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- A.B. Dick Company has completed acquisition of two Dutch companies from GEC PLD. In purchasing De Meern Logistics and Holland Marketing, Sales & Service, A.B. Dick is in a strong position to enhance service to its customers in both the domestic Dutch market and international European, African, and Near East regions.
