Glunz & Jensen Expansion
RINGSTED, DENMARK -- Glunz and Jensen A/S agreed to take
over Refrema International A/S, based i Hedehusene,
Denmark, effective from May 1, 1998. This means the Glunz & Jensen
will expand its graphic-oriented business area to include also photographic
processing equipment. Refrema's main activitities comprise development,
manufacturing and marketing of equipment for processing photographic films
together with automatic cutting and packaging machines for amateur films
and pictures. The products are used by
professional photographers as well as central photo laboratories with
large volume photographic print production. The products are sold directly
and indirectly through dealers to photo laboratories and professiona photographers
