Oce Acquires Engineering Software Company
CHICAGO, ILLINOIS - Oce N.V., based in Venlo, The Netherlands, today announced
its acquisition of Cleveland-based Groupware Technology, Ltd., a developer of
innovative software solutions for CAD, Engineering Records Management, EDMS,
and other engineering applications. The former Groupware organization has
