New DiamondPlateô GX-2 Excellent For Two-Sided Applications, Large 2- And 4-Color Presses
Finer grain, better imaging and faster process is now possible with the
introduction of the DiamondPlate™ GX-2 Advanced Plate Series from
Western Lithotech, a Mitsubishi Chemical Company.
DiamondPlate GX-2 is excellent for two-sided applications including larger
2- and 4-color presses. This grained and anodized plate is available in
.006,.008 and.012 gauges and in the usual edge punches. It is processed
in the same regular developer and finisher as all other conventional DiamondPlate
products. The DiamondPlate GX-2 has a dot resolution of 4/8-10 um with
a 1% to 98% dot.
This new two-sided plate from Western Lithotech has the excellent press performance of medium run plates such as DiamondPlate SX-1 and Aqualith M plates. Also in the Western Lithotech product line are the smooth grain DiamondPlate DX-2 and SX-2 plates that are the standard two-sided plates for short runs.
