NAGASA HIRES NEW MEMBER SERVICES DIRECTOR
WASHINGTON, DC – December 1, 1999 – Greg DuRoss has joined The
North American Graphic Arts Suppliers Association (NAGASA) as Director
of Member Services. DuRoss comes to NAGASA after five years with the American
Machine Tool Distributors’ Association where he was responsible for
the development and launch of a pioneering marketing data program for
members. He brings to NAGASA over twenty-five years of experience in both
the non-profit and private sectors.
Commenting on DuRoss’ arrival Peter Brehm, President, said "he brings a knowledge of associations, an understanding of the distribution industry and the challenges facing distributors today. That, combined with his passion for customer service, will show in the work that he does for NAGASA." DuRoss said, "In the months ahead, I will be listening to the members of NAGASA to identify their needs. Our members are our customers. It will be my job to deliver outstanding customer service as we strive to meet those needs."
