M&R Printing Equipment Acquires nuArc Company
The nuArc Company, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of exposure and imaging products for the offset litho and screen printing industry, has been acquired by the M&R Printing Equipment, Inc.. M&R, the world’s largest screen printing manufacturer, is based in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, and has sales, service, and distribution facilities located throughout the world. The acquisition permits nuArc to expand its existing product line and enter other markets. Don Cims will continue as president.

Rich Hoffman will become CEO and oversee the company’s growth.
nuArc’s name and corporate identify will become: "nuArc, a wholly-owned subsidiary of M&R". Manufacturing of nuArc products will continue in the existing Niles, Illinois, facilities as well as at M&R facilities in Glen Ellyn.
