One-Step Sheetfed Fountain Concentrate Added to RBP

Milwaukee, WI -- February 1, 2000: A true one-step fountain concentrate
for sheetfed presses that requires no addition of alcohol or alcohol replacers
was recently released by the RBP Chemical Corporation, manufacturer of
the Graphex® Line of pressroom chemistry.
UNITROL® 1000 minimizes ink attack and controls ink feedback. It maintains good ink and water balance with low water settings and has produced excellent results on a variety of sheetfed press dampening systems, including Alcolor, Epic, and Dahlgren.
Other benefits include no ink buildup on the metering roller, not stripping, and minimal picture framing. Unitrol 1000 also contains additives to eliminate calcium buildup on rollers, blankets, and plates.
