NOOSH AND DAX AGREE TO CO-MARKET PRINT INDUSTRY E-COMMERCE SOLUTIONS
BOSTON -- February 23, 2000 -- Noosh, Inc. and Digital Art Exchange (DAX) today announced that they have entered into an agreement to cooperate in marketing Noosh's Internet-based print management solution and DAX's high-performance Internet and managed network services to the parties' respective customers.

"The graphic arts community has specific needs unlike other industries," said Charles Gehman, vice president of technology, DAX. "Because our solutions cater to these special needs, we can help our customers by directing them to Noosh.com so that they can benefit from the file transfer, collaboration and email work flow features that noosh.com offers."

"For customers who want a solution that uses standard industry protocols that are optimized for the needs of graphic arts professionals, DAX is an ideal, scaleable solution," said Ofer Ben-Shachar, president and CEO, Noosh. "Working together, our joint sales teams can introduce the right solution to our customers."

The DAX solution includes hardware, software, Internet access and DAX Data Center hosted services in an all inclusive package that provides users with everything needed for Internet service as well as the industry-specific features for doing business in the graphic arts arena. In addition to standard Internet features like email, web hosting and browsing, special features like DAX's unique Managed FTP service and the ability to send and receive large email attachments are also available.
