4-16-97 Heidelberg USA Makes Decision to Sell Direct
Dealers were informed that effective May 1, 1997
Heidelberg USA will not accept any new orders from graphic distributors.
With the acquisition of Linotype-Hell Company effective April 1, 1997, Heidelberg
USA has decided to channel Linotype-Hell products through their direct sales
force. Ultre and LinoColor Desktop Solution will continue to operate as
independent divisions and their products will be marketed through dealer
channels.
