Industry Professors Endowment Organized by Cal Poly Graphic Communications
Department
The Researdch Professors From Industry Endowment has been
established at Cal Poly's Graphic Communications Department (San Luis Obispo)
with gifts totaling $13,000 from the Xerox Foundation, Silicon Graphics
Computer Systems Inc. (SGI), Monsoff Corp., and Applied Graphics Technologies.
The endowment will aid a 10-year-old program that brings professionals to
Cal Poly to teach and conduct research for up to a year. It will generate
revenue to help cover travel and house costs. Companies or individuals interesting
