X-Rite Acquires Assets of Light Source
X-Rite Inc. announced at its annual stockholders meeting
that it has completed the transaction to acquire the assets of Light Source
Computer Images Inc., a privately-held San Rafael, CA-based producer of
high-quality ease-to-use scanning, imaging, and print of optimization software.
