Kodak, Heidelberg Form Venture
Eastman Kodak Co. and Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG have
formed a joint venture that will create a new generation of non-impact digital
printing presses, among other projects. The effort will be headed by a six-person
board - three from each company. Wolfgang Pfizenmaier of Heidelberg was
named Chairman; and Venkat Purushotham of Kodak is general manager.
