With Crosfield's Assets Acquired, FFEI Commences Operations in United
Kingdom
Fujifilm Electronic Imaging (FFEI) has completed the previously
announced acquisition of the applicable assets of Crosfield Electronics
Ltd. of England and commenced business in the United Kingdom. FFEI represents
Fujifilm's first electronic imaging, research, development and manufacturing
group of facilitities in Western Europe.
