GOprinter, Inc. announces the appointment of John Rice as VP & CFO

GOprinter, Inc., a leading provider of turnkey, hosted business-to-business
e-commerce solutions for buyers and sellers of printing equipment, supplies
and paper products, announced today that John Rice has joined the company
as its Vice President and CFO.

For the last 25 years, John has led finance organizations at Fortune 500
companies including Motorola, Inc. and the Square D Company, as well as at
development stage enterprises. Most recently, John was Vice President of
Administration, CFO and Treasurer for Commerx, Inc., developers of
PlasticsNet, an Internet marketplace for the plastics industry. Over a
period of two years, John helped the company through two rounds of equity
financing and developed an S-1 Registration Statement for their IPO. Hired
as one of the first dozen employees of Commerx, John built the financial
plan, accounting organization, and internal control systems. He also
developed the international tax structure, established the company's first
exports, and served as the legal counsel interface.

Said Greg Howell, President and CEO of GOprinter: "John's experience in
financing and planning for high tech companies are significant assets to
GOprinter. He is a proven executive who can help guide us in financial
planning, implementing management systems, and securing additional capital
to fund our rapid growth. John has first hand experience as an executive in
an e-commerce venture providing solutions to an industrial supply chain. He
understands our business model and value proposition and has a proven track
record building finance organizations that proactively contribute to an
organization's success," Howell added. "His early career experience with
large, multi-national organizations will also prove valuable as we expand
our organization."

"I am excited to join the GOprinter team," said John. "Our solutions enable
our clients to quickly use the power of the Internet to reduce costs, gain
market share, and obtain strategic linkage with their customers and
suppliers. Our PORTfolio e-commerce product allows companies to improve
efficiency with their supply chain partners and, therefore, provides a
compelling value proposition to the whole channel. I'm joining a first rate
management team with solid industry and technical expertise."

Earlier in his career, John conducted the financial analysis that led to
Motorola's successful entrance into the international wireless carrier
market. His responsibilities at Motorola included serving as an operations
controller within the Motorola's wireless business, and managing Motorola's
corporate Investor Relations Program. At the Square D Company, John was
Director of Financial Planning for the billion-dollar Electrical Group and
was Vice President of Finance for the European Division. As President of
Global Market Enterprises, John advised a variety of companies developing
global business plans, establishing international distribution channels, and
obtaining financing.

John received his MBA with distinction from Northwestern's Kellogg Graduate
School of Management. He has a CPA certificate from the State of Illinois
and served as a Chairman of the International Business Committee for the
Illinois CPA Society. His BA in economics is from Colgate University.
