NAGASA Plans Independent Manufacturer Representative
Session at Graph Expo
Washington, DC, June 8, 2000: The North American Graphic Arts Suppliers
Association (NAGASA) announced plans to hold a session on "Establishing
an Effective National Network Using Independent Manufacturer Representatives"
at Graph Expo this September. The opening presentation on the topic at
this session, which is hosted by NAGASA’s Independent Manufacturer
Representative Network, will be followed by discussion between member
Independent Manufacturer Representatives and manufacturers from Europe
and North America. Attendees will also receive a copy of NAGASA’s
newest Special Report, entitled "A Guide to Creating and Enhancing
a National Network Through Independent Manufacturer Representatives."
NAGASA will also be sharing the PrintMediaPartners booth (Booth 4735)
at Graph Expo. "We’re excited about working with PrintMediaPartners
at Graph Expo since it continues a collaboration we’ve undertaken
at other shows, including DRUPA and IPEX," stated Greg DuRoss of
NAGASA. DuRoss also announced that Danny Moloney of PrintMediaPartners
and NAGASA were encouraging NAGASA Independent Manufacturer Representative
members to use the booth as a base of show operations. "In addition
to supporting booths of their manufacturer partners, we want the PrintMediaPartners/NAGASA
booth to provide a convenient place for members to meet, get the latest
news, and share show perspectives," noted Moloney.
