net-linx AG ACQUIRES SYSTEM INTEGRATORS INC. AND CTEXT INC.

SAN FRANCISCO -- June 13, 2000 -- Today, net-linx AG, a global publishing and web solutions provider, announced the acquisition of System Integrators Inc. (Sii), of Sacramento, California, and CText Inc. of Ann Arbor, Michigan, establishing a new division, net-linx Publishing Solutions. By combining Sii and CText, net-linx AG proudly becomes a leading supplier of newspaper publishing systems.

net-linx AG, including Sii and CText, has offices in the United States, Europe, Asia Pacific and South America. They provide leading edge Internet and publishing technology to newspapers and directory publishers. With the acquisitions of CText and Sii, net-linx has combined newspaper publishing products and expertise and added financial stability and commitment to newspaper publishing.

Bill Solimeno heads up net-linx Publishing Solutions as President and CEO, and retains Larry Moore as CEO of CText and Mike Lee as COO of Sii as well as continuing to maintain existing staff and operations at both companies. Dennis Doolittle, previously Vice President of Engineering and latterly President of Autologic, will join as President of Sii.
