Merger of
Franklin Printers Supply and Statewide Offset Announced
We are pleased to announce the merger of Franklin Printers Supply and
Statewide Offset. Both companies are well-respected competitors in the
Mid Atlantic market for Graphic Arts Equipment.
The combined companies will cover territories ranging from Baltimore through Pennsylvania and the New York Metropolitan area to the tip of Long Island for quality brand manufacturers such as Hamada, Sakurai, Duplo, Challenge, Baum, Polly, Mitsubishi, Graphline, and Rip-It.
Each company is bringing unique strengths to the merger, the combination of which will make us a stronger competitor in our market.
Richard N. Jacob has become a shareholder, director and Vice President of Franklin Printers Supply. Statewide Offset will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Franklin Printers Supply under its own name.
