are being announced today to sharpen the business focus of the magazine,
in line with its parent company's new mission as a provider of business
information, and to ready the publishing enterprise for the next phase of
managed expansion. Ronald C. Andriani, who has served as publisher of the
magazine since 1986, announced that, beginning in January 1998, Christopher
J. Lyons will take over the title and day-to-day responsibilities of publisher
of GAM. Also, effective immediately, Roger Ynostroza, editor in chief of
GAM, will take over as editorial director of all GAM's properties, to integrate
the activities and provide a unified editorial message. Andriani, who is
vice president of GAM's parent company, Cahners Publishing Company, and
is responsible for its printing/packaging/converting group, will thus be
able to devote more attention to new business development. | ||
