Fuji Hunt to Acquire Anchor Pressroom Chemical Business
from International Paper
Fuji Hunt Photographic Chemicals, Inc. announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the Anchor Pressroom Chemical business of International Paper. Completion of the proposed transaction is subject to the satisfaction of a number of conditions, including receipt of regulatory approvals.
