Base-Line Acquires 3 Sigma
Base-Line, Incorporated, a supplier of graphic arts consumable products, has acquired 3 Sigma, a $15 million manufacturer of pressure sensitive materials and double coated tapes, from Anchor Continental, Inc. 3 Sigma, which is located near Dayton, Ohio, sells to flexographic printers throughout the U.S. It will operate independently of Base-Line under the name 3 Sigma LLC.
