David Steinhardt to Leave NAGASA
Washington, DC, July 21, 1998 - NAGASA - the North American Graphic Arts Suppliers Association-has announced that David J. Steinhardt, NAGASA president and CEO, has resigned effective August 31, 1998. Steinhardt will leave his present organization to become the executive director of PrintImage International, formally the National Association of Quick Printers.
Brian H. Kroot, NAGASA board chair, in announcing Steinhardt's resignation, commented: "David Steinhardt became the president and CEO of NAGASA when the organization was formed, nearly six years ago. Since that time, he has led us to become one of the preeminent trade associations in the printing industry. While we are saddened by his departure, we are gratified and proud that he will leave NAGASA in an excellent position to move the channel into the 21st Century. We wish David well in his new responsibilities, and are pleased that he will remain in the the printing industry." NAGASA has formed a search committee to name a new president and CEO.
