a. Always do very well at this show.
b. Our previous year's sales and telemarketing efforts paid of handsomely with international visitors and inquiries.
c. Just being present met one of our objectives.
d. Support for dealers who need leads internationally.
e. This show has gotten to be South American. We did participate with our Brazilian dealers but they didn't get much traffic. I think we spoke with only 6 U.S. companies!
f. Strong sales interest from Latin American dealers.
g. Owners of companies are not a target market. Pressmen did not seem to attend this show.
h. Just made it.
i. Met key dealers.
j. Viewed as Latin American exhibit. Good visitation from that area.
k. Looking to sell to Latin America.
l. We were late arriving to show and had poor location, low visitor turnout.
m. We increased booth size by 50%. Sales were up 60%!
n. Poor floor traffic.
o. Results of exhibition are several new Latin American customers.
p. Sales goods objectives met. Still one of the more profitable regional shows.
q. We have learned that a total measurement can not be made until six months after a show. We are still working on active leads.
r. Immediate sales are very good.
s. Show management changed our location from prior year.

a. May join with other manufacturers and get 20' x 30' or more.
b. We plan to better our exposure over last year's results.
c. We'll continue to make a presence and build relations.

3. What are your key recommendations to improve Graphics of the Americas©?

a. Better hotels would be nice.
b. Market to a longer area, i.e. NE, Midwest
c. Try to attract more people from the southeast. More staff for move-out.
d. Thought all needs were well met.
e.Better parking. Discount to loyal exhibitors. Charge more to non-exhibiting venders to attend.
f. Is a good show.
g. Show management does not accept the fact that without exhibitors there is no show and should treat exhibitors as customers. NAGASA can help to change this attitude.
h. For dealers focused on South America it maybe OK. We just are not working much in that market.
i. Show should be one or two days longer.
j. Better official show hotels.
k. Attract more pressmen and supervisors. They are key to our success.
l. Hire someone else to do the move-in and move-out. (run the docks)
m. Create two main traffic aisles.
n. Reduce booth and set-up cost by 10-15%.
o. Make translation services available and have a show sponsored party.
p. Go to Thursday - Saturday or Sunday - Tuesday Schedule.
q. Organize vendors by category better, i.e. prepress, hardware, and software.
r. Allow main entrance to be open for handcarts later than 8:00pm at close of show. 9:00 or 10:00pm would help.
s. Get more local printers to attend. Better seminar program.
t. Change show days to Thursday to Saturday and travel on Sunday.
u. Improve local area attendance.
v. Better food service!
