Did you use a computer consultant when first installing your system?
More than half of the 57 dealers responding used a computer consultant when first installing their computer system. See figure 12.
On
a scale from 1 to 10, how satisfied were you with the consultant used?
The 35 dealers who answered this question indicated an average satisfaction of 7.1 on a scale from 1 to 10. Although most dealers were reasonably pleased with the experience, a few were greatly disappointed. See figure 13.
Would you recommend the consultant who assisted you?
Several dealers were willing to recommend computer consultants they regard as competent. The names and telephone numbers below are those of the consultants recommended. NAGASA has not investigated the capabilities or qualifications of these consultants, and their listing here does not constitute an endorsement by NAGASA.
Finally, some
of the respondents indicated a willingness to share experience in the computer
area with other dealers.
