A Recognition Program For Outstanding Employees
Background
If you stop to consider the many things that make your company successful, the key ingredient is employees, because without good employees you would not have a successful company. With this in mind, NAGASA is providing you the opportunity to reward and recognize an outstanding employee each year.
Think about the less than stellar employees you've no doubt had over the years and try to visualize what your company would be like today if all of your employees performed at that level. Now take a moment to reflect on and savor the success your company. Think about particular challenges that your company has had to deal with in the past and the ones your company is facing today. What one employee has made a critical difference and is deserving of recognition in front of industry peers? Your work is done! This is the employee you should select to receive a Channel Champions award. Bring the employee to Forum with you, and they will be recognized at the awards lunch.
How The Channel Champions Program Will Work

Each company may submit the name of an employee to receive the award. There is no selection process by NAGASA. The number
of awards will be determined by the number of companies submitting names.

Companies are asked to make a $500 contribution for each name submitted. This contribution will be used to cover the cost of
the award and it includes a Forum registration for each award recipient. Companies are responsible for the travel expenses of
their award recipients.

At the Awards lunch, a senior employee of each company will introduce their company recipient and deliver a 2 to 3 minute
testimonial to that employee, including background information on the employee and details as to the circumstances that led
to his or her selection for the award.
